Dr. Isha Patel
Dr. Patel is a recent transplant from Reno, NV. After graduating from Southern California College of Optometry, she pursued a residency in pediatric optometry and binocular vision. Binocular vision is an area in optometry that can affect eyestrain, headaches, blurry vision, and performance in sports and school. While binocular vision greatly affects quality of life at any age, Dr. Patel is especially passionate about early intervention screenings and care for young patients. If a vision problem is flagged during the routine eye exam, deeper binocular testing can be done to uncover underlying problems. In fact, Dr. Patel is well versed in being an advocate for kids in school if needed. She strives to give back to her patients with thorough, empathetic education and the highest level of evidence-based care. In her free time, she can be found exploring Seattle, finding a cozy coffee shop, reading, and enjoying nature.
